PLEASE RESPECT THE HOURS ON GOOGLE. This doesn’t make any sense closing a drugstore at 6 on the weekends the least you can do is update your online hours on google so people won’t show up after you close.

I can't undstand how bad customer service is at this place. I recently moved from montreal to Chateauguay. I use to have a very good customer service at my pharmaprix. I thought it would be the same. 5 to 6 people talking about their vacation. They just dnt seem to care about the customers waiting. Worst service ever.Rude and hostile service from the pharmacist, not something you expect from the service and health industry. I moved all my business to the jeancoutu just a minute down the road. Well worth it.

They don't even deserve 1 star Pharmacy has the worst service And the person answering the phone is rude and unprofessional. My mother came back from the hospital after almost dieing, and had to wait more then 6 hours for the pills to be ready, so she went the whole day with out taking anything. Great job of taking care of people.

I am completely mortified and disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. I experienced dealing with this pharmacist. I went there to have a regular prescription filled when I received my medication it didn't look the same. So I inquired with the technician if I could speak to the pharmacist about this. She was polite and diligent and went and got him. When the pharmacist arrived I told him my concern and he was dismissive and disrespectful and told me I didn't have to buy it if I didn't want to. I was shocked by his tone and demeanour toward me for asking a simple question about the medication I was about to put into my body. You would think that a pharmacist would want to make sure that he has filled the right medication and be open to answering any of my questions. To make matters worse he didn't even give me the standard fact sheet about the medication he had given me. Luckily for me, I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow and I will be able to show him what the pharmacist has given me as I don't trust this pharmacist. In my opinion, I guess this pharmacist felt he didn't have to explains himself to a black woman, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity and equally especially when it comes to their health. The pharmacist I dealt with there seems to be of middle eastern descent. I hope this is an isolated incident and you will provide your employees with proper training. Especially when they are dealing with people's health, I expected better from you.

They are supposed to close at 9 p.m. but if I come for an emergency 5 minutes before they don't have the decency to open the door. The service is supposed to be till 9 p.m. This is not a supermarket this a pharmacy where people need real help with health issues. Don't manage a pharmacy if your policy is cutting your day a couple minutes short.

Makes no difference if they're busy or not, the pharmacists go at their own pace, they're is 1 supervisor who oversees if the orders are proper, and he is on the phone every other order. Order in advance, otherwise good luck with getting the medication within a half hour.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. The pharmaceutical staff is very helpful and coordinate with our family doctor so my family has the best advice possible. Store is always clean and a pleasure to visit. So I really don’t understand the negative comments. The six hour waiting comment is ridiculous and could never happen and if you want a passport photo go to a photographer not a pharmacist.

March 04, 2022 18:28 3 employees talking and giggling besides the self-service cash and no one at a normal cash (you know where there's a human). None were helpful to serve me at the cash and I resigned myself to use the self-service cash. I despise self-service cashs because I don't believe in "micro-slavery" where the employe overhead is included in the sales price and clients have to do their work... Last time I go there. If you want excellent service go at FamiliPrix down the street.
