To be honest, I don't like this clinic. I went to this clinic twice. Once in 2017 and this year (2019). Both experiences in this clinic were unpleasant. The secretaries seem like they don't want to be bothered and that gives you an unwelcoming feeling. The wait is long even if you have made an appointment. Last but not least, the doctors are unpleasant as well, especially Dr. Benaim. I hate calling out people, but he was the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. He doesn't care about my symptoms and assume he knows everything, while I don't. He made me feel inferior, while he is high and mighty. He is very rude and arrogant as well. Also, he has a very bad attitude and it seems like he didn't want to help me as if I was a burden. I went to this clinic because I live in Lasalle, but next time I'd rather go a 1000 miles away to a better clinic and receive better service. We are all human beings and we should be treated with care and love. This clinic failed to give me the hospitality that I needed when I was sick. I came to this clinic to feel better, and I left this clinic feeling worse. I am never going back to this clinic even if my life depended on it. Sorry, but it's the truth.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Daniel for Oct 9th the night before, I received no call on my scheduled appointment time. I booked another appointment for around 2pm again with Dr. Aina and again even with a confirmation, I received no calls. I called the clinic to see what was going on, I was on hold for 25 minutes and they hung up on me. I was in need of a medical note and they wasted my time the entire day, I lost out on appointment times at other clinics. I would rate zero if I could.

My family doctor here is absolutely amazing and always so helpful even when I've needed many appointments. Most of the staff are equally amazing and helpful and friendly. However, there are a select few who could learn some manners and customer service. It's the only reason I'm giving 3 instead of 5 stars.

First appointment today. Waited more than an hour after my appointment time. One of the secretaries was not nice at all. I think the secretary needs a refresher on how to speak to customers. I have no choice to go to this clinic, this is where my Family Doctor is. I just hope it's not like this every visit...a little stressful.

I've been to this clinic a few times with an appointment, everything went well and was normal. The clinic is modern, clean and well equipped. The wait depends on the doctor and should not be reflected on the clinic. The secretaries became more friendly with me as I became a familiar face and they saw I was always respectful and polite, but they always did their job right from the beginning and they call to confirm the appointment a few days in advance.

Absolutely terrible service. Was on hold for almost 30 minutes just to have the secretary not even try to be helpful. She just seemed like she wanted to get the phone call ended as quickly as possible. I don't know why you'd choose to work as a secretary at a clinic if you don't want to try to help people but i guess to each their own.

Secretary is rude and very dismissive my dr. Is dr. Marie claire uamariyia and shes an amazing doctor I love her she gives me the attention I need but her secretary has absolutely no manners whatsoever hung up on me twice before I finished and when a nurse called to get my file on behalf of another doctor she told me the exact same thing how rude the secretary was I thought it was just me but after seeing all the comments on here I guess it's not just me if ur not there to help the patients then get out of the secretary business and the wait times are over 30-60 minutes every time and often times the line goes dead now dont get me wrong my doctor as I said is great but the way the secretary office is handled gives the clinic as a whole a bad name since their the front line from the patient to the doctor . I called many times to make an appointment with my doctor, the receptionists let me wait for hours with loud music in my ear and I still could not get through. My doctor is that buzzy that he cant see me? I am his patient for over 30 years and was seen by another doctor. I had an infection and was given something what was not compatible with my heart medications, a good thing my pharmacist knottiest and gave me a different one. I am very disappointed in my doctor. I can't even get my yearly blood test.
