★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous demeurons dans le Sud-Ouest de Montréal. Le traitement recommandé pour la SLA doit être quotidien et durer 14 jours d’affilée. En semaine, on nous a prescrit les séances d’infusion à la clinique sur Beaumont. Ça se passe correctement. Mais pour 2 week-ends, il faut se déplacer à Pointe-Claire. Le premier samedi, malgré 20 minutes d’attente, ça a été correct, l’infirmière était seule et très occupée. Le lendemain, dimanche de la Fête-des-Mères, la porte est restée close. Personne ne s’est pointée à 11 heures pour installer un nouveau cathéter et distribuer le médicament. Après une heure d’attente et de nombreux essais de communiquer avec quelqu’un chez Innomarde par téléphone et courriel, nous sommes repartis, penauds, avec le Radicava dans sa boîte de livraison. Très très très déçus du service et du manque de communication.
 We live in the South West of Montreal. The recommended treatment for ALS should be daily and last 14 days in a row. During the week, we were prescribed the infusion sessions at the clinic on Beaumont. It's going correctly. But for 2 weekends, you have to go to Pointe-Claire. The first Saturday, despite a 20-minute wait, it was okay, the nurse was alone and very busy. The next day, Mother's Day Sunday, the door remained closed. No one showed up at 11 a.m. to put in a new catheter and dispense the medicine. After an hour of waiting and numerous attempts to communicate with someone at Innomarde by phone and email, we left, sheepish, with the Radicava in its delivery box. Very very very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication.
