Super rude! Phoned to enquire at this place for an MRI and was told I probably couldn't afford it straight off (I have private insurance but have a young sounding voice I guess!). Asked for the email for sending my requisition anyway and she just said it very fast and wouldn't spell it out for me. Found an online form to send it in and got a call back 2 weeks later from a women who refused to speak English but was basically saying it's over $1000 so I would probably prefer to go to the hospital instead... Very rude despite giving them multiple chances. Seeing lots of similar comments, it seems they need to sack their receptionist!

Extremely harsh customer rep, my doctor asked me to go next day there doing fasting and for some reason I was not able to go not until 2 o clock in the afternoon there extremely hungry but how I got the reaction- hey do you have no. (v rudely?, I said sorry not yet. She says anyways what do you want( again rudely), when I said sorry I didn't know I had to get an appointment and I have been fasting, she thrusted the paper towards my face with ssmurk.All I could say at that time was thanks and couldn't hold my tears coming out. All this could have been pleasant, had she been little polite.

I went there once, the receptionist spoke rudely and fought with me because I said I want the report in English (which is a single line report). In the end, the director wrote it in a very bad way with language mistakes. The Canadians are known to be nice, but they give bad reputation to our country, shame on them. Not recommended, I wouldn’t go there. Awful service.

When I called the receptionist, an older lady went out of her way to try and get me an appointment in a timely manner. On the day of my appointment all the stars aligned to make it extra complicated for me to get there. But I did and they were super understanding. It’s one of the first time I don’t feel like my health card is $$ and I’m a number. The receptionist a younger woman this time was super nice and accommodating. I’ve dealt with several clinics but from this sole experience I’m left truly content. ? Good job guys.

Presented there and was rudely served. Provided prescription provided for local clinic and was told to wait. After waiting a good amount of time was told that they would call us back no appointments available. Called back 2 days later to be told they never heard of us and nothing is done. Management should seriously look into the staffing and possibly hire people with actual soft-skills that do their jobs correctly. Sad to say but better service is provided at the ER with a 12 hour wait time.

Very bad experience! Very irresponsible! I have two place to check, they just check one! Five seconds, they finish my ultrasound. I never go back!

General service was quick and efficient. And specifically, Patty answered all my questions, we cracked a few jokes and gave me great life advice. It was a great experience and I would definitely go again :)
