I had a horrible technician (Jessica) who mentioned all these problems she was seeing in my scans and when I asked for more information, she said "I am not a doctor so I cannot tell you." WHAT????? Height of unprofessionalism to scare people. If you are not legally permitted to share the information, then DO NOT share the information. Do not open your mouth and then try to cover your tracks. Avoid this place. Radimed is much better.

I must say that I was a little surprised when I read a couple of bad reviews. I had the best service a this clinic. When I went to book an MRI, I got an appointment the exact same day 1hour later. The secretaries were kind and polite and the MRI technician was very nice. I need an ultrasound and got that for the week after. Well Sylvie, the ultrasound technician was soooo kind, and gentle. Really explaining everything and NOT treating me like an number instead of a human being with worries. She took the time to talk and tell me what she was doing what she was looking at and discussing my worries. She was awesome. My results for both the MRI and the ultrasound were back to my doctor’s office within 1 day!!!!!

I was a client of Via Medica since 2010. Since they moved locations to merge with Brunswick Medical, their service has deteriorated rapidly. I guess they don’t need my money anymore as they actually told me the following last week concerning a breast ultrasound follow up appointment: “we are not accepting new patients so you will have to call somewhere else”. I stated that I have been a patient with them for over a decade and the receptionist couldn’t come up with a good excuse to refuse me after that but stood her ground that I couldn’t use their service. This was told to me AFTER she had previously instructed me to go see my doctor to get a new requisition since mine had “expired” after 12 months. I bothered my doctor, got a new requisition, sent it in, only for them to refuse me! So all West Islanders looking for MRI & Ultrasound appointments without nonsense, please go to IRM Sud-Ouest clinic. I called, they accepted my old requisition and I got an appointment within 3 weeks!!!! Oh and the receptionist at IRM was an absolute darling!!!

I went for an ultrasound of my kidneys, stomach and groin due to a kidney infection and the almost constant pain in two regions of my abdomen. The technician (Tatiana) was absolutely amazing. Once I described what was going on we decided to also do my ovaries, which saved me a trip to the gynecologist (not to mention the delay!). Tatiana explained every step to me and was very kind. I cannot say how lucky I am to have gone here for my ultrasound. The service is above and beyond!

The worse experience I had in my entire life. The technician was rude, wasn’t giving me any information on my ultrasound unless I was asking questions. She basically told me I could have a miscarriage. Never ever going back there. Didn’t feel like she cared whatsoever and didn’t even take the time to reassure me. You would pay me to go back, I wouldn’t.

I agree 100% with Justin Parker review. Had app for a Tuesday morning for ultrasound. Got a call asking me to reschedule the appointment bc the technician wasn’t going to be in on that day. Took new app for the following Monday. Get a call Sunday evening confirming my app for Monday 1pm. On the way there I call to confirm address. On hold for about 10 mins and I explain I am just outside but wanted to confirm address. She asked when my app time was and then said that the technician left. I said why would she leave if my app is at 1pm?! She had no answer, was confused. I proceeded to go inside and she said they would give me another appointment for tomorrow. I was livid. I had to reschedule and take time off work twice now and I was not going to come back the next day all the way from Chateauguay. She tried to see if she can get another technician to see me but said that this technician was “running late” and there were 2 people ahead of me and that it would be about an hour wait. Unacceptable. I read bad comments about this place and they are all true. Stay away. Unprofessional, lost and confused, disorganized.

Went to get an EKG for my kid. No wait, service was impeccable. The nurse was so nice and described every single thing she was doing. Absolutely would use them again. Affordable even without insurance but I'm lucky to have a great one.

Stay away. The incompetency is incredible. Multiple secretaries that don't speak to each other and lose your file. Since you will be moving within multiple clinics here this will happen often. When an error has occurred on their side they do nothing to fix the issue, you are on your own. We had an ultra sound booked were on the list for the day but yet they did not see us. We had to do all the trouble shooting ourselves and figure out what happened (error was on the booking side of the clinic). Zero initiative or help from the secretaries. Parking is also a huge issue at this clinic. Stay away, it's not worth the stress or hassle.
