This relates to the appointment app that is used by Brunswick medical. I love this app as it sends you a confirmation of your appointment, so it's documented and clear. They send you a confirmation reminder just before your appointment, where you can cancel or confirm. Why is this not the case with the radiology department? They still call people one by one and if you miss the call then you have to find another way to reach them. They called me on Saturday, I missed their call. Tried calling back on Saturday & Sunday and there were no agents to respond to my call until Monday at 9am. What a waste of time! Doesn't radiology have better ways to spend their time than following up for appointments? This is such a resource drain. Get on the app and only call people that don't reply! welcome to technology radiology!

Hi. I have never seen a clinic like this before.very bad and irresponsible. I went here in a bad mood, They took throat test, lung test . Then they have to inform me about results. After 1week nobody follow me up.My condition got worse, and when I followed up, they just remembered to give me time. They did not accept me because of little delay and I returned home in a bad mood. There is no attention by the government. How do we expect the corona statistics to decrease with this system when you act like this? I can only say that I'm sorry for the big weaknesses that you are not willing to improve. Assuming it is not a corona, dozens of coronas may be transferred to them. Full-faced and careless employees make this system worse every day.

Had a medical emergency and the nurse told me to call brunswick and that they would fit me in somewhere at brunswick within 48 hours if I called them. Waited hours in the phone when someone finally picked up only to tell me to call back tomorrow at 730am to make an appointment because they wont do it Go through and wait to call them back at 730 am to find out their calls are being DROPPED after waiting an hour each time. Then I will have to wait for the next day all over again without ever getting anywhere. No wonder some ppl develop and die of cancer before even being able to make an appointment or see someone. Nice new 2022 equipment run by hobos and monkeys with terrible organization skills. Good to see our tax dollars being used efficiently.

I called my GP Dr. Hachachena for a referral for knee pain. The secretary was great, gave me an appointment the next day to see NP Sandeep Patel. I waited about 5 minutes before being seen. After a 15 minute assessment I was sent for x-rays. I went to Via Medica on the first floor, waited another 10 minutes and got my x-rays done. Back at work within an hour. Fantastic service. Covid has given us one good thing; less waiting and way more organized.

It was my first time going to the walk-in here. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They do have a pretty long wait time but that seems to be normal for everywhere now. The doctor was excellent. Listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Avoid this place like the plague. The Nurse discusses details of your appointment in the waiting room...good thing, I was only here for a simple vaccine, my appointment was at 9am and ive currently been waiting 2 hours. I understand that "this is free health care" but there should still be a certain standard.

Top notch medical care. Difficult to get in because the Quebec Health Care system is not just broken, it is fractured. Under Pandemic rules the walk-in clinic requires an appointment and the best way to do that is to get in line at 7 AM and wait for a same day appointment. Calling does not work and their app has very few appointment slots. The doctors and nurses are very capable, just overwhelmed.
