★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer's service. They were not able to inform me of anything when I called over the phone, including basic information. The person was rude and poorly informed about the services they provided and of people's needs. Wait times were ridiculous. Would absolutely not recommend wasting your time.

Their hours don't mean anything. 10:15 and no answer to the phone, the office is locked and nobody opens up when you knock on the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can't keep up with the PCR testing at Montreal airport. Should be max 72 hour turnaround according to their government contract, but now they're quoting 6 days. I would never willingly do business with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The negative reviews of this place seem to be mostly for Covid tests for travelling. I went for a blood test and the nurse, Michelle, was so friendly. I hate getting blood tests but this was by far the most at ease I’ve felt while getting one. It is a small clinic, she’s the only one who works there so hours on Google won’t always be super accurate but the dynacare check in app seems to have them updating in real-time. This is also a great place to go if you’re more comfortable speaking in English. Definitely NOT a 1 star clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really efficient service, and the nurse is amazing. Great bedside manner, and doesn’t hurt or do anything unnecessary. This is a small office, so keep in mind that if the nurse is with a patient, or is on a break, sick, etc. then it might be closed. Call ahead to be sure they’re open.
