★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Johansson is a great doctor. But her receptionist is so rude. She's like a prison guard. Talks rudely to patients and instead of asking she literally gives orders! Always stressed and doesn't have time to give proper answers to questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Johansson is a very good experienced gyn and knows her profession perfectly. I believe it was the best decission I had for my pregnancy. I am very satisfied about being under Dr. Dawn Johansson supervision in my first child and I consider myself and my child lucky to be her clients. I had some problems regarding schedulaing my appointments and taking test results during my pregnancy. The clinic do not phone you to remind you about your appointment and even they mistaked my appointment twice. Once I explained to her receptionist the appoitment is not on that date but answered me not in a good manner even she told me "that is not her problem but she can fix it" and even more she said "that means you have a problem in writting down your appointments on your agenda!". About the blood tests and others, not every time I got the results right the way when I visited the clinic after them. Sometimes, I needed to wait for two visits to know the results. Anything else was so good :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Johansson is a professional and very responsible OB/GYN. My wife had an induction at the Royal Victoria. During the induction process, Dr. Johansson visited my wife a few times and when she was not at the hospital, she followed up by phone and gave instructions to other doctors. She also came for the delivery. Her presence was very heartwarming and encouraging, especially for my wife. The baby was born healthy. My wife and I have found her a doctors we can connect to. We are truely grateful to Dr. Johansson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Dawn Johansson has over 35 years of experience, she is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing! She was amazing during delivery, my baby and I are both healthy. It's no surprise that her office is usually packed and there's always a waiting time, she is number one. If you have a high risk pregnancy or a complicated pregnancy, sign up with Dr. Johansson, you'll thank me later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Johansson has followed all three of my pregnancies, she is highly professional and efficient. A super busy woman,with no time for small talk,which I appreciated greatly. She made sure to be present at every birth,and with the second one she couldn't be,but appeared first thing next morning to check up on me and congratulate me. Highly recommend!!
