Her secretary sounds vey nice too...
But the receptionist is totally horrible. I was simply asking if the appointments are delaying, she d cut me up before i finish my question...
If she really hates her job, just quit and look for another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel a strong need to add an incredible review for this doctor. Upon hearing my dr (Vasilie) was going to be away when I was due to have my baby and Dr Simon would be replacing her....I did what everyone does and looked her up. The reviews do not reflect how amazing she was. I ended up meeting her in the caseroom at the lakeshore because I went in to make sure baby was ok. My blood pressure was high so she suggested I be induced that day ( I was 3 days past my due date...4 days to my induction date). To sum it up....she came and checked on me frequently throughout the day and night. In the end, I needed an emergency c-section and she held my hand when she saw how scared it made me and told me she was sorry it came to that but it would all go well. She did not lie....everything went perfectly!!!! She came to see me first thing the following morning and then again before I was discharged. I now look forward to my next c-section (will more than likely always need one) as I know she will be working alongside my dr (who is also incredible).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff!!! Receptionist needs to learn how to treat the patients!! Terrible experience for a first time pregnancy! Walked right out!!! Didn't even want to meet the doc whom I see has alot of bad reviews! This place should be reported!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor and more then worst receptionist. Doc don’t explain well and is always in hurry. Rude to her patients and I’m her patient since past 8 yrs but every time I let go their behaviour. But now it’s unbearable and I felt extreme need to adresse this issue because it happened to many of my friends and myself to. If they have high volume of patients, consider not giving others appointments and don’t waste people’s time who trust you for their issues. Asking them a question is like putting yourself in trouble.I felt discrimination as well. Her receptionist is herself a fire ball. Extremely rude and inattentive. Highly disappointed☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She's incredible doctor.. I love her so much! She's very nice and straight forward and joker sometimes.. At first i thought she's not really nice.. But after my 2nd visit she is really cool.. And during my normal delivery with my 1st baby i didnt feel so much stress hahaha! I woke up after looking everyone and noticing she's holding my baby already and gave to my husband lol! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She delivered me by c section 30 years ago and has delivered my 2 children by c section in the past 2 years. Dr. Simon made me feel comfortable when issues arised during my pregnancies and always assured me. She's always pleasant and joking around with my husband during visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given Dr.Simon because my OBGYN doesn’t deliver babies anymore. I liked my old doctor but LOVE Dr.Simon. She’s lovely to be around and answered all my questions being it was my first pregnancy. I’m not sure how there’s any bad reviews about her but I will continue to use her as my OB now and highly recommend her. Baby was delivered emergency c section and she was at the hospital within 15 minutes of the call in the middle of the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ read the comments before going. was very nervous as the comments were 50/50 terrible versus admiration. well, the secretaries were all very good, very polite and informative, the nurse was a jewel and Dr.Simon herself a charming old lady with a good sense of humor, surely experienced, attentive, gentle and understanding. don't be afraid and go :)
