★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in really bad place,went for few sessions, I really loved it,but 1 day there was mix up so I skipped a session.the therapist was really apologetic and even took the initiative to personally message me to reschedule.Few days later I learn that my insurance was not covering the amount I thought they will,It was too much for me to pay ,since I've been out of job for 1 year now because of covid. I message back,and explained the situation. I heard nothing in return since than.of cause I'm not expecting any discount or something like that, but simple few words of empathy would be enough.It just made me feel like when I have the money can can pay,its worth the effort to text with me for new appointments, but the minute I can't,o don't even deserve " I'm sorry yo heat that,hope this will change soon.how I'm supposed to entrust any therapist with my feelings and problems,feeling like I'm only as good as the amount of money I have?
