★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and counselling! In October 2020, I contacted Montreal Therapy Centre for help to deal with a family emergency. I was promptly paired with Francine who immediately contacted me to schedule our appointment. With a gentle, neutral and active approach, Francine guided me through the situation and I left with a feeling of calm as well as clear next steps. The Admin team was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Montreal Therapy Centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The director was very nice but some therapists are not qualified. I saw Lise Ouwerkerk for an entire summer several years back in between semesters and was SO dedicated to finding out what is going on with my anxiety and what caused the sudden onset. After months she couldnt figure out why I essentially had a phobia of one particular task. All she did was basically make me feel bad that I coulnt do it, and made it seem like I wasnt doing the homework she was giving me. Geez, if I could do it easily I wouldnt have to come here in the first place. Now I finally learned it's bc I was pressuring myself SO much and had serious perfectionistic issues that it made it impossible to fo a task that came with uncertainty. She didnt find the issue much less explain such a common and easily spottable thing for a therapist to pick up on. Saw a different therapist in another clinic and was told this in 1 session. In the end I dont think I learned anything from this lady, abouf myself or coping skills. Go if you just need to get stuff out of your system but don't expext any insight.
