Clear information on website and “automated” on phone. Didn’t need to make an appointment for a chest X-ray. Walk-in, registered, X-ray done within 30 min. Very clean, respectful environment. I would definitely come back for other exams here.

Worst service, called to make an appointment for an ultra sound and they make it so difficult, ended up going somewhere else. Do not waste your time with them.

I need to do X-Ray so my doctor suggest to do it here. Book appointment online, within a few hours you will receive phone call from admin for what is the next step. Show up at the clinic to open my file, finished the X-ray within pretty much 10minutes (this could be due to Covid-19 time, they limited people in there). The technician, wow, she is so professional, nice and sweet. Please keep up the good work and super nice attitude.

I had an appointment for a mammogram at 15:20 and arrived early. I was in and out before 15:00! The technician was excellent. Thank you the hard working and efficient staff at Radimed Westmount Square.

Amazing service! The telephone receptionists are very friendly & helpful! When booking an appointment, sometimes you have to leave your info and they will call you back. The return phone call is usually the same day!

Staff was excellent. Efficient and quick service. I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes. Very nice radiologist and excellent doctor for an ultrasound and cortisone injection. I was going to another place for injections for what I was told was bursitis but apparently I don't have bursitis which explains why the cortisone shots weren't working. I am really happy my gp finally sent me to Radimed where I finally got a proper diagnosis.

I’ve been coming here for like, 10 years at this point (!!!). Always good, always professional, front desk people keep things moving and the technicians are always good. They seem well-trained, are very polite, and really treat you like there is a person inside of the body that needs an ultrasound or X-Ray. Read the website first to see if you need to make an appointment—for X-rays you usually just come by, but for other things you submit your referral and they call you right back. If you have to wait, it rarely takes a long time—I think one time I had to wait like 45 minutes? But that’s not bad. There have been times when I forgot my referral at home, and the front desk folks didn’t get grouchy, but just looked it up in their email and got on with things, even though it was my mistake. Little things like that make you feel like we are all working together. Most recently I got an X-ray from a tech with curly dark hair who was super nice, but all the people who work there deserve a personal thank you, especially working during the pandemic when spirits might be running low. Plus, the waiting room doesn’t have terrible cable news playing all the time.

Several problems. Had an appointment for an ultrasound and was told to drink water for an hour before the appointment. Got a call day before to confirm the appointment and was again told how to drink water for an hour before the appointment. Arrived and had to ask about another test while I was waiting for the ultrasound. The oldest receptionist told me I couldn't do the other test that day because I had had water as needed for the ultrasound. The technician was late. After 15 min and incredible kidney pain (which brought tears to my eyes every time an urge to urinate came over me), I went to the receptionist and she said it would be just two more minutes. I waited 6 min and then the technician got me and took me back. She told me to go urinate before the ultrasound! I told her what I had been told and she explained that a full bladder is not needed for the ultrasound. Only if they can't see something would they get me to drink water but that is always and only after doing the first step with the ultrasound, and that it's not often that the full bladder is even needed. Parking: apparently parking is validated for up to 3 hrs (where they charge $4/20 min) but even after three visits I was not advised of this. It is not stated anywhere on there window, door, or inside. I found out from the gentlemen at Customer Service at the mall by pure chance he mentioned they validated. After paying over $30 in parking fees! The technicians however have all been amazing - personable, informative, excellent in every way. If only someone would retrain the front reception for complete care of the patient/customer.
