★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After several failed attempts at booking an appointment with a family doctor I've seen once in years, I've requested another family doctor today. Despite the additional wait for help with an ongoing medical issue, I'm glad to not have to deal with this poor representation of our healthcare system. To those newly assigned to this establishment, sincerely, good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is overall positive. I go there weekly for allergy shot and always get excellent service. My family doctor is also there and I can always get an appointment when I need one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m satisfied with my family doctor, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment with her via this clinic.
I’ve been trying to schedule one for the last 2-3 weeks online, every day, and nothing’s available. So I call, and the receptionist tells me to just keep trying, and that she doesn’t know when new spots will open, and that sometimes spots for the week fill WITHIN THIRTY MINUTES. ?
I asked if I could just be put on a waiting list where they call me when there’s a spot, but apparently that’s “impossible” because they have 7000 patients, and it’s up to the patients to book appointments. That’s funny… I literally got a call 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment with my dermatologist, and 6 months before for an annual checkup with my family doctor! Clearly they are capable, but just don’t want to change their internal processes. If it’s a staffing issue, just automate it through the online scheduling portal.
I wouldn’t even care if the appointment was in 2 months; it’s not something urgent. But it’s unacceptable to expect patients to keep refreshing an online portal daily, for weeks at a time, in the hopes that an appointment will open up. Many people will likely give up before getting an appointment, and that’s definitely not good for health outcomes.
TLDR: my family doc is good, her clinic sucks, I hope she changes clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is not for the pubic patient, it obvious that this clinic was created for the physicians. the receptionist are rude a a point were he need to put up a singe against violence.
I can believe that there are no audit on the taxes dollars spend it that clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my family doctor at this clinic, and today being 1 April 2022 apparently I am not able to see her until mid May (she is on maternity leave). While this is reasonable, what is NOT OK is that they have not put anyone else to work during her absence. The only solution given to me, it is to wait until she comes back. There is no option for me to be seen by another family doctor at the clinic, option that is quite reasonable to me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute rudest, stressed out, and impatient receptionists I've ever experienced. Must not be their fault but a problem with management because it's like this every time I call. I was repeatedly put on hold throughout the phone call so they could answer other clients....felt extremely unprofessional. When I finally was able to try and arrange an appointment, I discovered the clinic has a policy that when your doctor is on leave (mine is on maternity leave), you can only book emergency appointments with whoever is available in the next 48 hours. No follow-up appointments. No consistent doctor. No real choice of time or gender of doctor if it's a female health issue. To be honest this clinic feels like a Kafka’esque nightmare…like you’re a cog in a soulless “healthcare” factory!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great overall experience, first time at this clinic! Receptionist was ok, I waited less than 5 minutes, nurse was very professional and very kind and polite, and then Dr Daher was very professional and reassuring. Did a Streps tests on the spot with results within 5 min.
Prescription was at the pharmacy before I even get there! I wish all clinics were this good and professional!
