Spent a total of 3 trips, 2 hours, with an additional 2 hours on the phone with Telus and still didn't leave with a proper plan or phone despite the fact I've been a Telus customer for 10 years. On my final attempt I was sent away because I had forgotten my drivers license. Will never step into this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY helpful, impressive customer service. The representative I spoke with concerning a new phone and plan, was very personable and well informed!
Any questions he was unsure of answering, he would immediately consult with the correct ressource. Additionally, he confirmed any offer or details provided by consulting either the company system and/or management before providing me with any later potential confusion.
Even though it was the end of the day, he took ample time to explain my options, ensured I understood and was BEYOND patient in assisting with breaking what would be ideal given what I was looking for and checked to see what promotions may be applicable.
As I did not have some additional details on my part that would be useful, he offered to give me a call to follow up, which was greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to signing up with Telus, especially given when I spoke with the representative again later, a new promotion was had become available. As he knew I'd planned on adding additional options/services later on, he took the initiative and spoke with management to better tailored it to my usage requirements :)
Thank you Telus for having representatives such as the gentleman who has been assisting me, providing proper business practices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience here. I was unhappy because my old phone had died and I still owed money on it because of my contract. But Elisabet was wonderful, making sure I had the best deal possible and setting up my new phone for me. She was helpful, professional and caring. Bravo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store to buy a portable charger. I gave them all the correct information about my phone. They told me it was going to work. It didn't. The plugs didn't fit. I am going to go back and get a refund. Terrible customer service. Don't shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasnt sure if I would stay with Telus after 15 years - but Elizabeth convinced me. She was informative, helpful and took her time with me. I left with a new contract and the Samsung 22.
It's not easy being almost 60 years old and not phone savvy. Elizabeth made me comfortable, answered all my questions, transferred my files - she went 100% above and beyond!
