Shihan Andre Gilbert is among the best, most experienced and skillful kyokushin karate masters in the world. Before you start a dojo, I recommend you to come to Shihan Andre Gilbert dojo, learn how to teach and also learn some manner and get some kyokushin spirit from him. Just the number of the "dans" you have on your belt, doesn't mean you deserve to be a kyokushin karate master ;-)
Also the sempais are really great here...
