★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales call at the store while we were busy - told clerk we were busy. the clerk - SASHA COTE - responded "I highly doubt that" and hung up. I would never deal with a company that treats a new customer so rudely. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently left Digitech Payments and moved my service over to Mondo Payments. The staff at Mondo have been so extremely kind and helpful to me. I have better equipment (wireless ? Clover machine that I can use to do transactions anywhere), they refunded me a huge amount for a lease I had with Ladco and helped me every step of the way canceling my service with Digitech, who were nothing but rude and unco-operative. Now, I am enjoying a reduced rate and no need to worry about compliance anymore. I would definitely recommend Mondo and wish I would have switched over to them sooner. Thanks to Stephen, Ian and Bert for all you have done thus far. And I wouldn't have been able to even cancel my account with Digitech if it weren't for you, Ian. Thank you! Finally, it feels as if a weight has been lifted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mondo Payments got us out of our previous contract where we were stuck with outdated terminals, and we have been so grateful to them for that. We have a website now using WooCommerce and we had all the support and help with our website developer to set up the payments portion. Now we deal with one provider for our store and online. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their service and rates, we switched 3 years ago and our restaurant business is thankful we did. We added their Gift Card program it has helped grow our sales. During Covid we received a promotional email from them about a Business Line of Credit which help us weather the Covid Storm. No bank wanted to help us and we were able to get a line of credit and used it to get through the down times we had. We have our full deposits the next day and have their smart terminals which are fantastic. I am able to see my restaurant sales from home using the dashboard.
We are constantly called by other providers and we simply hang up the phone, we will never switch , service is so important to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We switched from Moneris to Mondo Payments about 2 years ago and we have been more than satisfied with the service they have provided to us. We can call or email their support and we have a response almost immediately. We needed an extra device for a show we were attending and called them up on a Friday afternoon after realizing we would need extra mobile devices. They went out of their way to have someone meet us outside the conference centre with the devices on a Saturday morning!

The savings recouped from switching and the prompt friendly customer service have made you a pleasure to work with. As well, our new debit machine is much more user friendly and we haven't had to call for support on it yet after 3 months of use.
