★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure to double check your appointments a few times before the date - They decided to change the appointment date I schedule 3 months ago without warning me .... I know it was on their end because I entered in different calendars when I scheduled it due to the importance of my visit... to reschedule would be another 2 months ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My entire family (of 4) are being seen by different doctors at this clinic. We love it. It took a bit of time for us all to get a doctor, but every now and then they reopen to take new patients!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved to Montreal and was having a medical issue. I called this office to try to set up an appointment & was taken off guard with how rude the receptionist was. She said they weren't taking new patients & I needed to go to the walk in clinic. I politely asked if she could refer me to someone else and she was so incredibly rude in her answer I couldn't believe she was actually a professional. She put me on hold for 5 minutes only to come back and tell me the same thing in the rudest possible way... sorry lady for seeking medical help from your advertised medical practice. My bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you don’t run out of your SSRIs because Dr. Ischayek will make it impossible for you to even get a simple week advance from your pharmacy. She basically requires you to quit cold turkey until you can score an appointment with her. You’d think she’d know the dangers of abruptly stopping antidepressants… or at least care about her patient’s well-being...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the front desk is extremely rude! You are constantly cut off while speaking, they show zero empathy or understanding and are terrible at scheduling and communication. On 2 different occasions they got my appointment date and time wrong. For a semi-private clinic they gladly take your money, then dismiss you and get back to gabbing behind the desk. Even a “hello, how are you” when you enter is out of the question for this admin staff. The problem is that they are the gate keepers for you to talk to a dr. and pick and choose who gets moved forward on the cancelation list. Get ready for a minimum 5 week wait time to talk to your GP. Any attempts to share feedback get cut off, dismissed and put you on the black list with the staff or your doctor. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. You would have better luck and better service waiting in a hospital emergency room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an abnormal growth of issue in my lower abdomen that hurts. It is like a hard ball or like a tumor. I called to get an appointement with my family doctor and I got an appointement in a month!! It is something urgent and they do not seem concerned about their patients. I will have to go to a hospital.
