★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franchement, je suis tres insatisfait du service donné, me faire dire qu'il ne couvre pas mes dommages car des "margelles" de fenetres c'est considéré a l'extérieur de la maison!!! C'est du gros n'importe quoi! Surtout que la dame qui s'occupait de mon dossier n'a jamais fait preuve de courtoisie, ni t'empathie a mon égard! Je ne recommanderé jamais cette compagnie pour personne! Meme ma courtier était tellement découragé pour moi qu'elle a résilié son contract avec eux... Si vous voulez mon avis, choisissez ailleurs et lisez bien vos clauses car clairement ils préferent leurs bénéfices au bon service rendu a leurs clients qui eut sont pogné a payé leurs vice caché apres achats! Vraiment triste!!! Des mois d'attente pour ca...
Frankly, I am very dissatisfied with the service given, to be told that it does not cover my damage because the "windows" are considered outside the house! It's big anything! Especially since the lady who took care of my file has never been courteous or empathetic to me! I will never recommend this company for anyone! Even my broker was so discouraged for me that she terminated her contract with them ... If you want my opinion, choose elsewhere and read your clauses clearly because clearly they prefer their profits to the good service rendered to their customers who were caught. paid for their hidden vice after shopping! Really sad!!! Months of waiting for this ...
