She even got us a better deal on our second car insurance and the house insurance. So now we're saving over a hundred dollars every year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received amazing customer service from Clyde Franklin-Létang. He was patient, reassuring and respectful and calm. Also sympathetic to the minor language barrier inconveniences I had being that I am anglophone primarily. He was very knowledgeable about the product and extremely nice but also very professional . He also spoke, clearly and concisely. He responded to a question I asked by email after purchasing my insurance by calling me very rapidly. Overall great service, I spoke with many insurance companies that day while shopping for quotes and he by far went above and beyond in regards to service compared to all the other agents. I highly recommend him and I am extremely satisfied to be able to have someone like him to deal with at my new insurance provider if ever I have any future concerns . Keep up the good work Clyde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start off with get ready to spend close to an hour waiting for someone from the customer service department to answer your call. However, hang up and call back selecting the ''want a quote'' line and your call is answered right away.... After a year of no claims, they sent me a new invoice with higher rates telling me that it was normal to have prices increase. I decided to change brokers and got much cheaper elsewhere for the same services. I do not recommend this broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anik Bissonnette gave me the best customer service that I have received in a long time! She spent many hours on the phone with me and the insurance company to get me the best policy and the best price. A different broker from a different company gave me a cheaper price for my car insurance but I decided to pay a little bit more and to choose Anik because she worked very hard for me and I really appreciate the effort she did. She was always positive and if she didn’t know the answer she would do everything she could to find the answer. I have been a client of Gendron for a long time and because of Anik I will be a client for a much longer time. She deserves to get paid more. Give her a raise :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this insurance broker through ClicAssure, and as they gave me the best price; I contacted them. I still had a month to pick an insurance company so I didn't think I was a priority customer; but Samuel Loubert was really helpful and he actually managed to get me a lower price than what I saw on the website -- and I even had better coverage.
Samuel was very easy to reach through e-mail, and I like the fact that I could reach him past 5pm. Thanks!
