★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there, 8 days to get an appointment, I clearly advice I can get any day after 5pm, never call me back, I send an Email, and they call me at 10am to get there for 1pm, if I said after 5pm.

My eye has been hurting so so much since yesterday and even though I have a file there and an optometrist, they are not even able to squeeze me in. Whats the point in having an eye doctor there??! Definitely not coming back and you shouldn't either!

The day of ordering my safety glasses, 30 minutes wasted to decipher and write my first name, last name and telephone.
5 weeks no call. When I call to see where my glasses are, my name was wrong, after 20 minutes on the phone, they finally find my file, they pretend to be called, but my phone number in my file was also wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had poor experience with this place. They have failed to input the correct information in my file and did not bother to change it after bringing it up more than once. After waiting over a week for an order I called for an update only to be told I had to schedule another appointment for further measurements. Major waste of time. They have nice frames but they offer very poor service! Also if you need contact lenses you need to pay to try them on. This service is free at other locations.
