★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s sad really. The initial service was good. After my exam I ask for my prescription so I can give it to my work place since they offer glasses, I was told, “ well, my business is selling glasses, the exam barely covers the staff and office space” seriously!?!
Of courses now feeing guilty I purchase one pair? I had to go back to get them adjusted. It’s been over two weeks and no news?♂️ I called on a Friday, I was told that I would get a call back in about 10min. They never called back.
My experience has not been great. I have been getting headaches since they have my glasses, the only pair I have, my old prescription was for distance my new one include reading now. I definitely do not recommend them. I am happy for all the others that got good service, unfortunately I didn’t. Will take my family “business” somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to this eye clinic. All of the staff are amazing, very welcoming, professional and respectful. Not expecting it, but with this new and modern radiographic technology which I have never seen anywhere else. Almost like an xray of the eyes. I was very pleased for that. I left confident knowing that there were no major issues with my eyes. I had no problem obtaining my eyes prescription for my insurer. The Optometrist " Two thumbs up". I Will recommend Eye Am to anyone, any day. Thank you all for you professionalism.

The staff was very attentive to my ‘prescription’ needs.
They took their time with the detailed eye exam - I have difficult alignment needs.
Rita was extremely helpful explaining my lens prescription details after helping me select beautiful new frames.
The eye measurements and mapping were done with what looked to be very ‘state if the art’ electronic equipment. Very impressive!
The entire staff was very professional and I highly recommend this store for anyone’s glasses needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend Eye Am as an incredibly professional and friendly place to get glasses. Their follow up service is the best I’ve ever had and the care they take in helping you choose the very best glasses for you is superb.
However, it’s really their attentiveness during the exam process in which they excel. Louise and Delphine are the 2 doctors I’ve had dealings with & they are both excellent in their care of my eye health.
