Merci pour ça, mais j'ai pas du tout aimé pour choisir des llunettes.
Personne ne me conseille pour choisir et la réceptionniste est une personne un peu stressante.
Elle voulait pas écouter mes questions et ça a l'air que je la dérange...
Je ne peux pas décider d'acheter un paire des lunettes qui coûte 300, 400 $ ou plus en 10 mins.
Je les ai acheté dans une autre lunetterie avec un bon conseil.

Nobody advice me to choose and the receptionist is a bit stressful person.
She didn't want to listen to my questions and it seems that I'm bothering her...
I can't decide to buy a pair of glasses that cost $300, $400 or more in 10 minutes.
I bought them from another eyewear store with a good tip.

I sent my 15 year-old daughter to choose frames and they first refused to show her the frames and the prices, then when other customer entered the store they asked her to leave. Later that day I bought 2 new pairs of glasses from the optic on the same street.That's how you lose a regular customer. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wrote them a message on fb to which they never answered. I decided to go there where I was greeted by the snobbiest receptionist. Felt like I was bothering her. Also made me feel bad for not knowing some information about some of their procedures. She tried to book me an appointment but did not inform me on the price. I also dealt with them 5 yrs ago , same recptionist. It took way longer than she said to get my glasses. I kept calling . She said she would call me but never did. I had to call everyday until she told me she had them. I had asked for black frames . She said they were backordered and kept pushing the brown ones as they look nicer. I got stuck with a pair i don't really like. Thx lady. Pass. Going sonewhere else.
