B	Barbara Kraemer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in today, was greeted by an annoyed receptionist who couldnt even bring herself to fake a smile. I asked if they could please just bent the arms of my sunglasses a bit wider. She stomped off to ask someone else who gave me the most unfriendly look I have seen in a longtime...she then came back asking me if I had purchsed the frames there. No. I didnt. Ok then they would have to CHARGE me to do it. I just laughed at them. How rude can it really get? I said my daughter comes there for checkups etc and I will take our business elsewhere. Any other place would have just done this in a matter of minutes, fully aware of the fact that they are leaving an impression on the person they just helped. Gosh what an awful experience.

The optometrist is always professional and found the best contact lenses for my eyes (I tried so many before that were uncomfortable). I recommend this place to everyone who enjoy a good service and like fashionable glasses.
W	Whitney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke my glasses yesterday, which I purchased online with a cheaper company, and I called at 10am asking for a last minute eye test since my prescription changed and needed new glasses by Thursday for a convention. They called me back an hour or two later and saw me in between patients and helped me pick out well suited glasses. Had the eye test and had new glasses by 3:15 pm. I'm so relieved they saw me last minute and even more so they gave me a pair of glasses within an hour . great customer service and very helpful. The only qualm is they don't provide the pupilary distance on the prescription so you can't buy without them, as is the case with all places.

No waiting line and you can make an appointment easily on their website. Easy communication since they were bilingual. I went there to get a prescription and it cost me 65$ and the equipment they used are pretty well maintained compared to the other optometrist I went years ago. They won't measure your eyes' distances though if you're trying to buy glasses elsewhere.

I called to speak to the doctor and left a message for the doctor twice with the receptionist. I never received a call from the doctor. Also, I requested my eye exam results to be emailed to my email. That never happened as well. This is very unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this business to anyone

I always had a friendly reception, knowledgeable staff, very keen in providing the best service. This week I broke the side of my glasses witch was a minor repair, I brought to them and the recepcionist was so kind to fix it for me and they did not charge me for it. I am very happy with their service and I will continue going back, because they are very professional. Thank you !

The 3 days before my appointment, I received a text message to confirm my appointment and to confirm that I wasn't feeling sick. Waited outside the door until one of the staff came to double check if I had an appointment and to confirm I was the actual customer. Upon entering, they asked that I wash my hands and took my temperature. I was lead to see the Dr. Paquette. He was very nice and professional! He double checked all of my tests to confirm my results and took time to explain how my eyes were doing. After my appointment with the Doctor, I was with one of the other staff (forgot her name), and explained what style of glasses I was looking for and she was able to find several choices for me ! She was very nice and professional as well, and made sure my new frames would fit my face comfortably. I left after 45 mins with a new prescription (e-mailed) and will be receiving my new glasses in 2 weeks time ! Overall, all the staff are extremely professional and nice. Would recommend to anyone in the neighbourhood!

I have been to three optometrists on Wellington in Verdun and Doyle is the best in terms of price point, service, selection and also warranty, and my glasses were ready in less than a week! Of course I might have just been lucky with this short turn around, however I had no difficulty asking questions over emailing and receiving follow-up information as to my purchase. **Also my prescription was emailed to me immediately after my examination, so that other comment about them not giving you your prescription is off.
