What are great online boutique. Free UV, anti-glare, and scratch resistance, plus they often run a $20 off sale making Rx glasses from Zenni Optical more expensive than Bonlook's gorgeous selection. Will buy again!

Worst customer experience ever!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY YOU WILL SUFFER BEFORE YOU GET YOUR ORDER, THEY DONT GIVE 2 CENTS ABOUT YOU AFTER!. The staff at the store may be nice, though not enough to make up for their inattentiveness and lack of knowledge, the worst is the experience after leaving the store. After placing a 300 $ order for prescription glasses, I am told only at the end of the transaction, that the order will take 2 to 3 business weeks (A freaking custom car takes that long, not a pair of glasses !), when any other eye ware store takes a week. I go home and continue to suffer and struggle with my fading eyesight only to receive, two weeks later, a sarcastic email about how they care about my eyes and the glasses they had originally made "didn't pass the quality test" (either they hire inexperienced people who cant put lenses in a frame or they never placed the order) telling me I have to wait another 2-3 weeks... TOTAL WAIT TIME OF 2 MONTHS for a simple pair of glasses... ABSOLOUTELY RIDICULOUS AND Unacceptable!!!! I will be blind by the time I get them and will have to compromise on buying new eyes so I can afford a lawsuit!!!! BONLOOK more like WORSTLOOK.... Truly disappointed ....... After getting that email the kids they have "managing" the call center in Montreal who don't know the first thing about customer service try to teach me manners through their attitudes and fake apologies..... all in all save your money, time and patience TRUST ME, go anywhere else! I am definitely involving Ontario Consumer Protection Agency and will see what happens... My migraines are so bad all I wanted was to stop them so I went to a "recommended place" to get my money's worth... WORST IDEA EVER!

Love the glasses from bonlook! Easy to try on and order. Amazing quality when received. Took no time to get them. Got a second pair on clearance for $29 with a prescription. Can't recommend highly enough!

My glasses are fit perfectly to my face, and were soooo reasonably priced! My insurance is $250 for glasses per 2 years, so finding glasses that fell within that was difficult. Now, I can get a pair of glasses per year! Plus, customer service was super helpful.

Received my glasses in very bad condition. Frame scratched and impurity in one of the lenses. Tried calling the customer service for 2 days no answer. When I went to the Post office they couldn’t find the refund form Bonlook sent me (the bar code couldn’t be scanned) so I had to go all the way to the store to get a refund. Only reason i’m giving a star is because of the great customer service I received from the girls at the store. Besides that, everything about my Bonlook experience was a hassle.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from BonLook. They are cute. They aren't very well made. One of them was broken when I got it, so I had to send it back. The other is fine--kind of flexible--but it's just for reading, so it's not a big deal. Amending my earlier review: I had problems with my payment and return when I sent the broken glasses back. Despite a poor initial payment/return experience, I received a very nice email from a customer service supervisor, noting that they will review their internal policies regarding payments and returns to ensure that errors like the one I experienced do not happen again. I was very impressed with her attention to my issue. Companies with customer service like that are always worth a second look.

I was hesitant to buy glasses online but I fell in love with the adorable selection of cateye frames which allow for a little more style flare than those typically found at your local glasses retailer. (My pair are pink and slightly glittery.) I have to say I'm not usually so flashy with something going smack dab on my face but I'm glad I took the risk because my glasses grew on me and I get tons of compliments. Customer service was fantastic and the whole process was seamless once I got my prescription taken care of. I was really dismayed when my ordered pair went on sale a week after I placed my order but BonLook even took care of that, refunding me $20. The glasses themselves are quality. My boyfriend always touches the lenses because they are so clear he doesn't believe they're there. They even come with a sturdy case and a cloth. The whole process was fast, easy and for the quality and selection, the price is great. I highly recommend.

One of the arms of my glasses broke a week or so prior to the expiry of my warranty,/ They took the glasses (trade mahogany), tried to replace the arm. Couldn't, my warranty expired and it was a too bad so sad situation. I'll opt for a higher quality on my next purchase.
