I have been a client here for more than 10 years and can't recommend them enough. Dr. Blackburn and the whole team are consistently professional, while being totally helpful and friendly. They competently manage every aspect of the services they offer and make excellent suggestions regarding frames, lenses, adjustments, and generally caring for your glasses. And you take home a handy, refillable glasses spray for free. ? Again, I truly can't recommend them enough. Go see them for your next eye appointment, and you won't be disappointed! They have even recently renovated and the shop is looking wonderfully modern, with more frames to choose from.

I had an amazing first experience there! They really take care of everything, the staff is super nice and they really help you choose the best glasses for you. It's only a plus, but they use the Internet and technology to boost efficiency and communication, and it really made my experience more enjoyable! Side note: despite all of COVID-19 restrictions, they allow you to try glasses that they wash immediately after. On top of that, they are very well organized and the environment is cleaned regularly. Overall, I am really happy I decided to give them a try, would recommend :)

NOT PROFESSIONAL , I SPEND MORE THAN 500$ ON PAIR OF GLASS THEY TOLD IT WAS ANTI SCRATCHS BUT THE END UP BEING SCRATCHEED AFTER FEW DAYS OF USE. THE FRAME WAS SO CHEAP IT'S BEND BYITSELF. THEY DONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS. SCAMMERS PLEASE BE CARFUL

Went in for an eye exam, which was completely pleasant and professional. However, it's everything afterwards showed their terrible customer service and business practices. After the exam, I was not given my prescription until I specifically asked for it be printed out. On top of that, they paper prescription did not contain complete information, like pupillary distance. PD is a standard and easy measurement to take during an exam and they flat out refused to provide this measurement, unless I paid an additional 30$. I get it. PD can be used to go shop elsewhere and this was surely the reason why it wasn't openly given to me, but this is no excuse withhold and refuse to provide this medical measurement. If you want my business, holding my medical information hostage is not the way to do it. Wonderful optometrists; terrible business as a whole. Do not recommend.

We came in because our glasses purchased at Doyle broke. We came in close to the end of their day and were ignored the whole time we were in the store for more than 15 minutes. We have an extremely busy schedule (doctor and lawyer with a small baby) so if we’re anywhere looking for service and are not attended to in a reasonable timeframe, this is not a place worth our money. Very disappointed in the lack of service and will not be returning there. Thankfully there are various other options in the neighbourhood :)

Have been accessing the services of this optometry clinic for a few years now. Dr Blackburn is always patient with all my questions, don't feel rushed. Annie was also very great with me as a first time contact lens user despite how long it took me!! :) Definitely recommend!
