I've never had a bad experience there. Pretty decent prices can bargain. Only issue is their delivery services. They're not reliable in that aspect.

A hidden gem, lots of character. A great selection of old school wooden furniture without the antique hipster pretention. They will deliver right to your living room for 25 bucks.

Just got ditched after waiting for the moving truck for 3 hours with my three kids. Apparently the furniture from my great aunt was simply not nice looking enough for them to sell it to their customers.... even tho I sent them countless pictures and lists describing all the materials. Beware of this company making money off your back selling items people are trying to give for free to help others... such a sad feeling in my gut right now.

They have pretty much every range of prices. Im sitting ona 25 dollar one seater and its a good place for dressers and other things like that. Very accessible.

The customer service I've received is of the worse kind. Prices are affordable yes, but they are very unorganised and they give you information only to say something else afterwards. I was given an appointment in the afternoon for the delivery of a sofa with cushions included I purchased then I received a call asking if it could be delivered in the morning, which was even better. I waited all morning and no-one came. When I called I was told that it must've been an error since they don't deliver in the morning. Finally they showed up with the sofa without cushions and when I called the store to ask about them, I was told that they are extra and got hung up. And to make matters worse, the delivery guys show up with such an attitude of entitlement and rudeness that makes the whole experience completely unpleasant! I'm never shopping there again.

Won't be shopping there anymore. They refuse to wear masks in the store, and even in my house when they delivered. Very rude delivery guys!! I wouldn't have even bought this stuff if it hadn't been the woman there. She's professional and a good sales person that turned my initial bad experience around. Wish I had walked out then however.

This place claims to be a charity organisation helping the poorest "les plus démunis et les personnes qui en ont besoin", but my experience has proven they are nothing but a capitalist organisation DISGUISED AS A CHARITY. Unfortunately when I arranged with them to donate enough furniture to fill a 4 ½ (see pictures below), the driver got lazy and took nothing! Not even a microwave or a toaster! What a load of crap! According to them, a leather couch/ sofa bed; a fouton, electronics, bed side table, etc.. are not good enough to give to these poor people, les gens le plus démunis de Montréal. And it turns out they sell the furniture donations people give away, which automatically removes the humanitarian aspect of what they do. They are just another business targeting specifically the poor. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Great service. They took all my furniture even the exercise bike, small appliances and dishware. Dishware was packed in boxes. They were fast, cordial and did a great job. ?
