★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is true. It is the same in their Dorval buildings. Owners do not care for the health of their tenants, nor the condition of the building.. everything they "fix " is half assed and they can't even get a cock roach infestation under control due to being to cheap and careless. Good bang for your buck in size but if you want a nice place I would not recommend any of their buildings at least until they smartened up and earned a renters income.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments in DDO are falling apart. Hallways full of mould from water damage that has been ignored.
Property managers are unresponsive and do not have a method of leaving a message with them. Often takes over a month to get a response.
Employees have frequently entered property without permission and have accidentally stolen items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notice they don't show the inside and there is a very good reason, it stinks...the cleaner if you can call her that, idea of cleaning is a bucket of water with a mop that is soooo dirty it should have been tossed long ago. If you enjoy a balcony good luck as you will be sharing with the pigeon poop and if you say anything to Susan you are told they were here before you. So if you don't mind poop and smells than this place is for you. To bad one star is as low as you could give because it isn't even worth that. So if you want to know any redeming qualities about these apartments here they are...ABSOLUELY NOTHING.
