About the parking.... it is a paying lot, but there is a 2 hour free parking offered. You must take a ticket, regardless, or you'll get a parking ticket. Take a ticket..... it's worth it!

Every time I've gone to this CLSC I've been greeted by a woman who was there to guide me and answer questions. The nurses and staff have always been helpful and informative. Overall, I'm happy with my local CLSC.

Went in for blood tests and at first I was shocked by the amount of people waiting outside at 6:30am, however the system they put in place to deal with the huge crown was quite efficient. The whole process took me about 1.5 hours. The staff was also friendly and accommodating to the English community.

Extremely disorganized. I called to check what time my vaccination is at because I was not sure, waited for 35 minutes for an answer just for the lady to hang up on me immediately. I ended up reaching her and she had no access to the information?? Told me I need to call and leave a message and she was not sure the person could reach me back the same day (my appointment was on that evening). Went in the clinic around my appointment and not even the receptionist had the list of appointments, so what is the point of booking one if I can just walk in get a paper to fill in and put it in the folder? Disappointing.

Over a week since the blood test and no results revieved by my doctor. I cant have an appointment with my doctor till some time in April. What a terrible system some one could die waiting for help...... Thanks Quebec Gov. you really know how to give yousevels raises but cant get the health system to work like it should... A 3rd world system you should be proud

Called for medical advice, does not even attempt to speak english. Have no appointments available, and has no advice to offer for assistance. I have not called them in years because this was also my experience years ago, seems nothing has changed. I will never use their services. I also went there about 8 months ago to renew my handicapped son's medicare card, even though the lady clearly saw that my son was having difficulty she refused to switch to english to help him. You are supposed to be caregivers? If I had not been with him to help him what would you have done?

I have see alot of problems with English. I get it, we live in quebec, but to be hung up on the phone because I spoke English is ridiculous.
