Big issues it the warehouse. Summer 2021, I had to go to their warehouse 5-6 times, every time I had to wait at least 15minutes to pick up my order even if there was no car in front of me. I also had the unpleasant experience to get rude reply from the stuff and incompetent explanation from the warehouse manager when an incorrectly labeled product was given to me. Unique incident I would of ignore, but that's not the case.
I tried to be a good customer, went in the store looking for their general manager to deliver the signal - "With issues you have at the warehouse you might lose the business here". Failed there, chief cashier was the only person willing to talk in front of the entrance - unacceptable, the store administration is not even open or ready to receive feedback in a professional way from its clients !
Very disappointed, going to Rona now, even if I have to pay some time higher price for certain products.
