★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They now have a information desk with a family area. This area has a tv streaming kids show, a play area and some seats. They have restrooms and even a microwave and a sink. Since the place is new it is very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The warehouse is kept clean and provides all the goods and services the other Costco locations offer. The staff could be rather rude at times especially at the returns counter. Overall a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've found it's hit or miss depending on the day that you go. The staff can be super friendly, courteous, quick service. Other days.... Takes forever just to get a glass of water(place was empty) staff was rude and dismissive.
This time, picked up a cake and staff was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed with peoples neglect of keeping accessible parking spots clear of obstacles, such as shopping carts. As a mobility scooter user I almost couldn't get back in my vehicle due yo the dozen or so shopping carts people left right next to my vehicle.
It seems such an extreme difference from what I am use to all across Ontario. I am hopeful this is not what I will experience every time I come to shop in Quebec.
Having recently moved to eastern Ontario this was my first trip shopping in Quebec's larger urban centre's, and if repeated in future I will definitely vote with my wallet and shop elsewhere. Please keep accessible parking spots clear and easy to use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like Tommy Hilfiger and don't want to pay full price then this is the place. Lots of stock. And it changes often. The clothes are pretty good quality since I still have clothes dating back over a decade ago.
