★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, I gave them my paint choice in writing and verbally twice, they agreed and made me pay in advance so not to wait in the store, they called when it was ready and they still got it completely wrong. What's worse is that they refused to fix their mistake even when I showed them the color choice I was promised by them to have. Don't go there, waist of time and money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got part of our order wrong and blamed it on us because we said verbally the color we wanted. They refused to exchange it and they were rude on the phone. Complete change in attitude before and after we paid the money. Wouldn't go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That female salesperson must be BITTER she works on a Sunday. I told her it was my first time painting yet she was impatient, curt, dry and I got the, 'I already told you...' when I asked about a price (sorry but you talk so fast and in french--this is all new to me). I got my primer and some accessories to start off painting my basement, but will not return to get the rest of the paint. Lost customer--I was the only customer in the store too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a somewhat harder to find paint and they got it for me the very next day, excellent service and friendly staff. Also rarely if ever have a stock issue with another product that ends up back order at other suppliers.
