I would like to commend your on site leasing manager Michelle from St. Albert site. After selling my condo and not renting for many years she was very helpful and professional and made this transition easy for me.

You have to rent units from the 25 Element building since it was the first one to be built the quality of the finishes (soundproofing) are better than the other two buildings that are rented by the developer and not by actual unit owners.

I really enjoy living here. My unit is beautiful and quiet! Management has always been kind and professional towards me.

If you want to hear, in full echo, every sneeze, fart, burp, whisper or footstep both within and above your overpriced unit, rent at Erin Ridge! Seems like insulating for noise control wasn't a priority for the developers. I can only wonder where else corners were cut? Edit..I found out where else corners were cut - not enough screws in floorboards or walls! Avoid this place!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Trina! We have lived in Erin Ridge gate for some time, and from the start until now I have received nothing but the utmost respect. I have lived in many places, and the customer service here has to be the best! If an email is sent we don't have to wait days for a response, most times it is within minutes and the email is answered and if there is a problem it is dealt with, and it don't matter the time! Erin Ridge Gate is ideal living if you don't have a car and work in St. Albert as it is close to all amenities. Amritta the leasing agent on site has always been very helpful as well, they all work really well as a team!

My first time renting and it was definitely one to remember. Not in a good way. The building itself had nice finishes but the management lacked. We rented a three bedroom unit that I felt was small, the third bedroom didn’t have a window which I am fairly certain does not meet fire safety regulations. The master bedroom barely fit my queen size bed in it. No space for a dining area. The balcony was nice and big but I almost feel like they should have used some of that space inside. As part of the rental agreement, we were responsible for replacing light bulbs....we replaced approx 8 of them in the one year we were there, within the first few months...in a NEW unit. Our A/C unit also did not work until the last month we lived there. It was spitting out chunks of ice and not cooling off our unit whatsoever. I contacted the management multiple times and was told it would be fixed...10 months later we finally have someone come to repair it, without notice that they would even show up, turns out the drainage line wasn’t connected. The underground parking was nice to have but you were screwed if there were ever two or more vehicles trying to leave/come in. The elevator was often being repaired. I am also sure that we have children in all of our surrounding units, which is fine, but we heard a lot of stomping, yelling, running, etc. And no pets allowed even though multiple units had dogs and cats, that we heard. We also were woken up in the middle of the night multiple times by a faulty fire alarm and had to evacuate. To top it all off, when we moved out, I did not receive my damage deposit until I contacted them almost a month later. Turns out they had sent the cheque to the wrong address...the unit I had MOVED OUT OF. And when I asked if they could just etransfer, they refused. And when I asked if they could contact the new tenants so I could just grab my cheque and other possible mail, they did not. I could go on...but I won’t. Like I said, I liked the building itself and would rent again as long as management was helpful.

I have been a tenant here since June 2019. I am new to apartment life and find this to be a positive experience. My issues and concerns have been addressed in a very timely manner. I thank Amritta and Trina for their willingness to talk with me and find solutions. I do find that soundproofing leaves something to be desired as I can hear what my upstairs neighbours are up to. It’s a small issue compared with all the positives of living here. I am happy with all the amenities close by. It’s a beautiful area for families with children and ideal if you have a dog. Lots of friendly people here who are happy to make this their home.

Unless you enjoy 2nd hand smoke and listening to someone cough their lung out and make disgusting sounds every single day at the front of the building, do not rent here. At least in building 45. They even keep a bin for their cigarettes under the bench right outside the front door. Pretty sure it’s against a city bylaw.
