★ ★ ★ ★ ★ attention everybody if you want to get depression or anxiety just rent this horrible and unclean place, manager is the most disrespectful person many renters are angry with her they don't repair nothing they don't clean the buildings and she always have bad attitude please dont believe her she promise the heaven and earth when she is showing the place but after you sign starting the problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past 3 months, there have been 3 car break-ins where there has been severe theft and damaged property. The RCMP and building manager were involved and their own conclusions where that someone within the building itself was doing the damage. There is a private tenant insurance being charged in the rent that is supposed to cover damaged and stolen items that are personal however this company has been giving the run around for nearly two months now trying to get out of having to pay or replace the stolen items. This location is known by the RCMP to have the highest theft count in the City of St.Albert. I will never rent there again. It is not safe and the building management just want money , they don't care about your personal safety or that of your children!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is terrible all the way up the ladder. They tried to double our rent increase, without proper notice and even head office tried to enforce it. Only my assurance that I would dispute it with RTDRS got them to drop it. They cannot increase your rent at the end of a lease and charge a lease non-renewal fee. Those are 2 increases. Any increase requires at least 3 months notice, not the 2 weeks they tried to give. Watch your rights closely with Weidner because they won't hesitate to try overstep them. They building trash was always overflowing, countless vandalism and trespass issues, very loud neighbors without consequences and the management was rarely in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shirlene came in last week to Gateway Gardens and cleaned the buildings!! OMG all I can say is PLEASE send her back!! The buildings haven’t been cleaned like that in years, she actually cleaned the bannisters, vacuumed properly and dusted!! She even vacuumed all 3 floors.
The woman is an Angel, so sweet and just lovely.
