★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent is cheap enough. That's about the only positive. The maintenance guy is rude and not friendly. The complex is poorly maintained, inside and out. There is only one washer and dryer per building. The dryer is normally broken. The cost of laundry is expensive. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place to anyone. I lived there for a year and it was nothing but issues. I was repeatedly woken up in the middle of the night by my neighbours. My buzzer was broken the entire time I lived there and was never fixed, there is only one washer and dryer per floor and the dryer needs to be run twice for it to actually dry clothes ($2 each time plus $2.50 for the washer so $6.50 for each small load of laundry). The lock on one of the doors has been broken since the beginning of October so you can not get in from the outside and has yet to be fixed. When I moved in the freezer was unknowingly broken it was kicking off and on a lot causing a ton of ice to build up then shutting off completely so I lost at least $100 in groceries because it was all thawing and refreezing. They blocked off the area to pull up by the doors with a chain because it’s “emergency access” yet there was a fire truck blocking my only parking space for an extended period of time because they of course could not drive through the chain and lock. I’m blocked in at least once a week by people parked in front of my spot moving things in and out. I could keep going but these are the things that immediately came to mind. Even though the rent is decently cheap for the area once you factor in utilities and all of the issues it is 100% not worth it
