Too ultra modern for me. I prefer a place that gives you a warm and welcoming feeling.

Sales Staff at the Show Home were so ignorant and rude to my Advocate/Friend and myself that I was totally put off of this Condominium. I previously called the real estate agent for Botanica a couple of times and told him and Christine that I planned on purchasing a condo if not in Phase 1, then certainly Phase 2. It took a lot of time, effort and expenses to make my way to St, Albert only to be greeted by Dan and Christine who treated us like we had a communicable disease and they were about to catch it! I was astonished to have received the rude treatment by these two representatives of the developer, so much so, that I changed my mind and figured that there was no way that I would part with my hard earned money in order to give these two idiots a commission for their miserable demeanour. Further, we could not get a comprehensive and forthright answer to any of our questions. It was as if Dan and Christine were hiding something. They were nervous, short with us, did not listen to us, cut us off and so on. Truth be told, I had an uneasy feeling talking to these two, before I even met them and my gut’s instinct came to fruition as in person, they both seemed and acted shady. Lastly, I did not care for Realtor Dan Lepine’s unethical business acumen. He clearly tried to undercut my own agent as in acting in a bias/conflict position. I would not trust this heavily botoxed, filler, chiclet chomped Armani clad shyster! Post Script: In response to ‘Cathy and Ivan Olsen’, Yes, I am entitled to my opinion, thank you for allowing me that; however, my opinion is based on FACT, not supposition. So, your contention that Dan and Christine being wonderful, which maybe your experience and that is fine, how about opening up your consciousness and realize that others may not share your opinion.

We have been dealing with Dan and Christine for the past 3 years and planned on writing a review. After reading the scathing 1 star review trashing both Dan and Christine, we decided to write our review now. From the very beginning through to when we recently purchased our condo, both Dan and Christine have been absolutely wonderful ! Polite, professional, informative, patient, attentive and just downright really nice people ! While we love Botanica for everything that it is, to a great degree we purchased there because of our positive experience with Dan and Christine. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, we felt compelled to express ours. Also worth mentioning, we know several people who are either living in phase 1 or who have purchased in phase 2, and all have nothing but positive things to say about Dan and Christine. Beautiful complex, well maintained and the community garden in the back is very nice for the people who live there. The river in the back is absolutely breathtaking
