About Track 'N Trail
Serving Edmonton and Northern Alberta's outdoor needs since 1984, Bob, Aron and the crew have been avid proponents of outdoor sports. Opened as a nordic skiing store, we've developed strong ties with the cross country skiing and backcountry skiing worlds and have since expanded into backpacking, hiking, climbing, mountaineering and trail running. We take part in local initiatives with clubs and groups where possible and are also Edmonton's tour hosts for the Best of Banff Mountain Film Festival and the Vancouver Mountain Film Festival Best of Fest.
In September 2019, we opened our second location in St. Albert, giving you more places to shop with us.

Exceptions include statutory holidays and the Sunday before Monday statutory holidays, when we may be closed to extend our long weekend with a chance to enjoy the outdoor sports we all love.

After finding a specific climbing harness I wanted on their website (which is surprisingly good), I called the store and they said they only had one left and were nice enough to put it on hold for me.
I went over to go snag it, had a great chat with the person that put it on hold for me.
Was just a pleasant experience all in all.
Nice store, good location, great selection of higher end branded clothing.
