★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was upgraded a few months ago. It's a lot bigger and much more enjoyable to shop in now. Easy to find what you are looking for and easy to shop the racks as they aren't tightly packed, as is usual in Ardene stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would... the clothes are nice. The customer service however is absolutely terrible! You are not acknowledged when you walk in and if you want a fitting room you literally have to hunt down an employee and interrupt them, which they always look annoyed once you ask for help. I work in retail, and know that this is not ok! They have lost mine and my friends business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequent this Ardenes, it is an awesome store with a massive selection of clothes I love. I went in today looking for clothes for a new job as all I had in my closet was torn jeans and summer clothes. The girls at the Ardene's in St.Albert mall were absolutely wonderful. They started a change room for me right away, one girl tracked down the item I saw online, and Danielle (hope I spelled that right) at check out was very patient with me as I was on a budget and needed to know where my total was at after the sale prices. At the end I felt a little overwhelmed and she pulled a very sweet move and made me feel 100× better. Love this store, love those girls! Every dang time! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super friendly and helpful. 1 one of the girls there started a conversation with my daughter and helped her so much. The only bad thing is they don't carry enough small clothing or size 5 or 6 in shoes for my daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping here during the pandemic especially when you come from an oriental/Asian background is painful. You get dirty glares and looks for wearing a mask while shopping. Not only does the employees not ask if you’re finding everything okay or try to assist you with finding what you need.. they just walk around and follow you. Very uncomfortable and makes any shopping experience not that enjoyable. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Return policy sucks. My daughter received some clothes from her grandma that didnt fit. We didn't have the right gift receipt all tags still attached and they don't even offer in store credit.
