She was friendly, nice and gave me honest feedback on some items I was interested in. Anyway, she offers great service with a smile. This will be my new Rickis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the clothes there, but it lacks service. I walked in on Thursday, four girls were standing around the counter talking about some inappropriate things (all employees) , not one of them said hi when i walked in. I had my arms full of clothes to try on, no one asked if I needed a change room. Me and another lady stood at the dressing rooms waiting. Ended up making my way to the till when finally one of the girls looked around and saw us and asked us if we needed help .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 28th, I went to the St.Albert store to pick up 2 items that were being heald for me that were requested by the South Commin store. I was helped by Cina. Only took maybe 2 minutes!! This storec had lots of product as well and there were several shoppers there, with all being helped. I really was impressed with the awesome service I received at this store that day and in the past!! Thank you ladies!!
