★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my new from Bell Mobility and dealt with Leah. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She was fantastic to deal with. She helped me out so much and was able to get me the best deal possible. Her co-workers are also amazing! While I was waiting for my phone to do the updates, everyone engaged in conversations about our pets! It was a great experience overall. I’ve been a bell customer for many, many years and I can officially say that this is experience has been the best! I felt more then just a customer coming in and getting a new phone. I felt like I was apart of their team!!! If you are in the market for a new phone, I highly recommended going to the St. Albert location in the mall to get the same customer experience that I received!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 stand up service from Muhammad, I came in after a long shift looking to buy a smart watch nearing close time Muhammad took the time to explain every feature and the pros and cons, he even stayed an extra 15 minutes past close to ensure I was activated that night!
I am now a bell customer thanks to his amazing service and will becoming here for all my mobility needs!

We had 3 phone replacements which took a few hours, he was great about taking the time for us, and he multi tasked very effectively…while he was waiting on a next step to be completed, he took care of another few clients until we were ready for him again.
