★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my phone fixed today by this awesome guy. Of course I forget his name but I just wanted to give him props. He helped out this woman who got upset at him (for no reason at all - asking him basically to read her thoughts) and he handled it like a pro. He was so nice but assertive, getting her stuff done while assisting me at the same time. Great service. Way to go man. Thank you for your job for me too. My phone isn't even recognizable lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My S10 battery needed replacing as i had noticed the battery life getting shorter and shorter. I chose CPR st albert as i had a previous repair carried out there 18 months ago and i was happy with the repair and service. At this stage my phone is nearly 2 years old but otherwise it is (was) in showroom condition. The relatively small cost of a new battery v replacing the phone was an easy decision.
I dropped off the phone and 30 minutes later it was ready, i was told to keep it in its case to aid the glue on the rear cover. I kept it in the case overnight an removed it the following morning to notice the cover barely attached. I took it back and they re-attempted to glue it. Again I was not happy with the fit, it had bulged and the cover was "spongy", almost like too much glue was applied. I said i wasn't happy but was told the cover is bent and nothing they could do. The cover was clearly bent during the battery replacement as the repair now is so obvious.
I am very unhappy with this repair and my phone now looks very 2nd hand.

After visiting a couple of local repair shops with no success, my husband visited CPR Cell Phone Repair. Within 5 minutes the gentleman (I apologize, my husband did not remember his name), had the piece removed and the phone is now charging perfectly. We’re both absolutely amazed at the 5+ Star service, professionalism & kindness. We highly recommend visiting CPR for all of your cell phone repair needs! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They do not back up their shotty workmanship. Unfair business. Waste of my time and money. There was no room or time for compensation, explanation or solution at all. Very dissatisfied with this business and will not use them again! Even Apple cannot fix what they have damaged while completing my so-called "repair".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THEM!! Irreputable scammers! I brought my iPhone 11 Pro here to replace my broken screen, and while I knew that they weren't using Apple parts, I didn't realize they were 100% incompetent. My replaced screen stopped working 2 days after getting it back; it went completely black. I took the phone back and asked for a refund and was told no.
I brought the phone to Apple to have it replaced and was shown a broken logic board (see photo) and was told when CPR Cell Phone Repair replaced my screen, they ruined the entire phone; the cost of fixing it is more expensive than buying a new iPhone.
I could not be more dissatisfied or upset that they ruined my phone and wouldn't refund me after 2 days, for something that was totally their fault. Don't waste your time or money with these people!
