★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Visions to see about getting my Compustar starter fixed, the fellow Jayson told me that although they don’t carry Compustar systems that he would do his best to pair my remote. He managed to pair my remote to my car quickly. He was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John and his team were good to us after they ran into an issue with the install for a remote start on my daughters vehicle. In the end, they stepped up, dealt with the issue and we ended up with a better unit than what we purchased at no additional cost to us, plus a $50 refund for the troubles. While we may have been inconvenienced it was great to have them resolve this the way they did. Honest, open, fair. We will be back.

If you buy the warranty they keep your info and you do not need to have the recipet with you! Worth it in my books as they have you covered! THANK YOU so much!!!!

This particular encounter was to purchase a new alpine stereo for my truck. A 2 part system, one part needed to be shipped to the store. Fast delivery and flawless packaging. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a full day of shopping in the city, I found the fridge I had been looking for at Visions. Unfortunately, I live outside the delivery radius. We made the decision to go ahead with our purchases of new appliances from them and decided to haul them home in two trips.
It took us a couple days to unpack the items as we were installing ourselves, one item at a time. When we got around to the fridge, I checked the packaging for any damage before taking off the plastic. However, invisible underneath the plastic was a large dent and scratch on one of the door panels. It was odd because the door also didn't have any protective film on it. I contacted Visions right away that evening and received a prompt response from John the following day.
Unfortunately, this happened right before Christmas so it did take a little longer to deal with than if it wasn't the holiday season. I am very pleased with the service from all the staff at Visions St. Albert and with my door replacement they were able to provide me.
I would highly recommend checking out Visions for appliance purchases, especially if you live within their delivery area.
