I was a bit nervous about the process, but Trevor helped me save all my apps, contacts, photos, etc prior to the reset. Afterwards, he helped me retrieve all
my info and get my apps back in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Didn’t know if it was just my tempered glass screen or my iPhone screen that was cracked. Nice guy (I didn’t catch his name) determined it was just the glass, removed the cracked screen and put on a new one that I happened to have. Wouldn’t charge me!

Trevor was awesome taking care of all of our issues and we had a few. I recommend this shop to anyone needing phone repairs, looking for a second hand phone and or setting up new phone account. A one stop shop that I will use again. Thank you!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trevor was a real help. There was obviously a lot of issues with my phone in particular and he had a smile behind his mask the whole time. Trevor also went above and beyond sitting still for 15 minutes (because of a faulty charge port on my old phone) to successfully transfer my files to the new phone. While I was there I also saw Trevor's colleague do a service for an older gentlemen who needed help setting up passwords. Great people running this location! I'll be back if I ever need their services.
