β β β β β I have never been to a sea food market before but we decided to do a sea food boil for Thanksgiving. Im not sure what the ladies name was that helped me out but she was amazing. She asked how many we were feeding and she was more than knowledgeable with how much sea food we'd need and had all the time in the world to help me out. My family lived on Queen Charlotte Island (so we know sea food) for many years and although frozen the quality of product was top notch and absolutely amazing. Keep up the great costumer service and quality and we will definitely be back.

β β β β β Best seafood shop in town (well, in terms of Edmonton and St. Albert). Weekly options of fresh and frozen seafood. They ship in fresh east coast seafood and wild Atlantic salmon weekly with special orders welcome. They have an amazing selection of fish from around the world. All sorts of treats; from cod cheeks and popcorn shrimp to crab cakes. Shirley knows everything about every piece of seafood she sells. Knows the origin, texture, protein content etc. Shirley has been in the seafood game for a very long time and her business demonstrates that expertise at a very high level. Highly recommend this independent business.

β β β β β Picked up 5 lbs of fresh mussels and some other frozen items, and just finished cooking most of the items. Gaudet's quality is much higher than I've encountered and the lady there is very knowledgeable! Highly recommended.

β β β β β I would give this place 5 stars but i have always found them a little more expensive than Fins seafood but then there's the quality you can't argue with (especially since Fins was bought out and their quality has really gone down) and i know I'll burn for this but i never remember the lovely lady who runs the place and is a total star with me!

β β β β β Shirley and her staff are always friendly and provide great insight on wild sourced top notch seafood. #1 on my list. Try the lobster bisque- really good.

β β β β β Decent selection but they have told me they wouldn't order or ever get whole never frozen wild pacific salmon because no one wants them or cooks them that way? Other places do.
Maybe on the east coast but on the west coast that is very common.
