She yelled, said it’s up to her on what they return( even though the product says to call if you aren’t satisfied), then hung up the phone. Will never go to this M&m again. Terrible customer service

The so called owner lady turned down legitimate business due to fear that money being spent was illegitimate based on assumption and racial stereotype. Please share the message that racial discrimination in Pickering is unacceptable . Hi, I am just taking the time to bring to your attention the 'owner' or cashier at this location was prideful and bold in her prejudice and discriminatory interaction with me (a paying customer). After entering the store asking to purchase frozen pizza...the lady declined my business on account of me paying with an $100.00 bill. Note: this money was just withdrawn from Scotiabank and was undoubtedly authentic. Nonetheless, within a short time of assuming my money was illegitimate, the lady added, "No, sorry your friend tried this last week. Nice try..". She then took the 100.00 from my hand, walked to the door, opened it, and placed my hard earned money on the pavement. Quite confused I questioned her judgement, only to be told that my business was not needed.
D	Derek Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M and m is ok for what it is. But how great can all frozen food be? The chicken pot pie is amazing. As are the soups. But at 4$ each. Not great. All the frozen veggie dishes are bland. Shop the sales. But don't eat here too much

She clearly loves what she does, is amazing with people and will for sure have my grandson and I be returning to that location! THANK you!
