About Beaners Fun Cuts For Kids
Kids, toddlers, especially, are known for having a hard time concentrating and sitting still. That’s why all of our salons have ways to keep them entertained while mom or dad check-in for the appointment or pay after the service. There’s a play area at every location, and after a hair cut, each child has a chance to grab a lollipop while they wait for their parent.
During the haircut, the toddler side of our hair salons have fun theme chairs. Cars, trucks, emergency vehicles, and animals are among the kids’ choices to sit in while the stylist gets to work. We also always have popular kids movies playing on screens at every toddler station to keep them occupied and happy. Giggles and enthusiasm are encouraged.
Tween, teen and adult hair services happen in our regular-sized, traditional salon chairs. However, the screens are not just for our little guests. The big kids visiting any Beaners hair salon are welcome to play video games on the screens, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 2.5 year old here for her first haircut and was very impressed with everything at first. The stylist was very friendly and doing her best. Her coworkers were rushing her though. First one coworker came and signaled her to finish. She started cutting bangs for my daughter and then another coworker came and just stood close by telling her to hurry. My daughter's bangs look crazy and as if I have cut her hair at home. Very uneven at the hairline and at the ends of the hair. I bought the package and they were suppose to do a cute braid or sparkles or something nice like that, but they didn't do it. It was very unprofessional of their coworkers to keep on interrupting and rushing the stylist. I wouldn't go back there again, not a nice experience at all for the price you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 5 year old daughter here and I was anxious at first, just cause although my daughter needed a trim, she is autistic so wasn't sure how she would handle the environment.
We were booked with Cara and it was SUCH an amazing experience. Cara was super patient, kind and made sure to ask my daughter about things that she could be sensitive about (like the hair wash and using the blow dryer). My daughter did not have a meltdown and she left super happy with her rainbow hair.
I will definitely be booking here again. It was just such a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone at Beaners for helping me and my daughter. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my hair coloured here for years. I also had a perm done! My hair is difficult and fine, but the staff are very experienced and knowledgeable. They seem to understand what is trending and of good quality. I would suggest 100 times over. Even had them help for a wedding, and cannot express how well it turned out! Everyone had their hair cut, coloured and styled with a Beaners stylist. Price is affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was amazing the ladies were awesome my son has sensory issues and is usually a nightmare to get his hair cut and we forsure can never use the machine. Not only did he use the machine the ladies had him laughing and we were out in 10 minutes I was nearly in tears thank you so much from a very very appreciative mom we will be back ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't taken my son for a real haircut since the pandemic, he's been having the mommy-special. Today I thought I'd treat him to a real haircut and could not have been more disappointed. There on the door and in at least 3 places inside the store was a proudly no-mask sign. We've had 3000 cases in 3 days. Most unvaccinated....like kids. The sign still encourages those who are ill to enter, just masked. Yikes! We were the ONLY people in this establishment masking. Kept getting side-eye from receptionist.
Car was covered in previous kids' hair. Stylist did a fair job, not too bad. But for a kids establishment to be anti-mask when their clientele is at risk? We won't be back.
