Jordan's lashes are amazing! Always treated so well and the lashes are worth every penny!

I will finish my minutes and then take my business else where. I have bought several minute packages/lotion at the St. Albert Fabutan and find the girls that work there are lovely gals. The problem I have is with the owner. In April 2017 , Our son was having a destination wedding and we all thought it would be a good idea to do some pre-tanning so that we wouldn't be burnt for wedding photos. I suggested to my family that they should go to fabutan and start. 5 family members went and bought a pkg. My husband went, paid, and tanned for 8 minutes. He received a chemical burn/reaction so terrible that he had golf ball sized blisters on his body. He went and told them that he will not continue with tanning and if he could please get a refund. They said no, that is not their policy. He then said "ok well my wife tans here, can you transfer the remaining minutes to her", they told him that wasn't their policy either. He asked for the owner to give him a call or if he could get a number for him...The Owner DID NOT call back. Even when I went in to ask for the owner to call...nothing. This is terrible customer service. My husband wasn't asking for anything unreasonable or difficult, just a little bit of customer service. I am actually very sad to have to take my business else where because I workout right beside fabutan and it was most convenient. But if we as customers don't take a stand and "vote with our money" then there is no accountability for customer service. Across the street is a tanning-salon called sun u tan, I have asked around and have heard that they have changed owner ship and the new couple are super lovely and eager to turn the old reputation around. I've googled some of the reviews and since the new ownership people are giving it a 5*...maybe I can add to their "good reviews" :)

I had a new set of lashes done. The procedure took 2 hours. I explained what I wanted in a set of lashes and honesty it wasn't what I recieved. I could hear her doing a lot of cutting and I just thought she was cutting the extensions. When the procedure was done the lady wouldn't show them to me and left the room quickly. I paid and when I arrived home I looked into my magnifying mirror only to my horror my new lashes were barely holding on. You could see glue all over. One side was thicker than the other. But what really upset me is the fact that you couldnt see barely any of my real lashes!! I quickly called another salon to see if they could review the install and the lady was horrified herself! The tech cut my natural eye lashes to stubs! That's what all the cutting was!! my natural lashes are short and thick and she cut them off! One side had maybe 10 lashes and the other side 20! What an awful job! Now I'm going to have to regrow my lashes and wear false lashes for months!! I will never go back! Thank you for butchering my eyes Janei!

First time at this location with my girlfriend, we were 20 minutes under the 24 hour rule and was asked to wait... instead offering customer service and letting us go 20 minutes early. They now have lost two customers. I do not have 40 minutes to go tanning. It’s suppose to be easy and convenient, this location doesn’t offer this.

Gorgeous location, brand new floors and beds! Their spray tan is amazing and the girls are very well trained and well presented. Has a huge Lash Room and very experienced Lash Techs. Also great availability for all services specially for lashes.

Had lash extensions done here yesterday by Jenai. Was my first time getting this procedure done and I gotta say they look amazing! I wanted something natural that would look like I had longer lashes and so that I wouldn't have to wear mascara to my wedding. My lashes are now long and full and you wouldn't tell where the extensions start. Only complaint I have is that it took 2 hours and the table I was laying on was very uncomfortable. Gets a bit hard not to move after a while when you back is in pain from laying there. It's an expensive procedure to get done and the maintenance product isn't cheap either however I had a coupon from the Bridal expo and they honored it, saving my about $50! Very happy with my lashes overall :) Thanks

Went in to sign up to get a tanning package for my vacation, and the guy who seems to be the owner was extremely unprofessional and super pushy and rude. I’m currently using an Ed Hardy lotion, and was told it was banned (funny because my sister bought it from 50thstreet location) and when I refused to purchase another one he basically dismissed me, and went back to watching whatever he was watching on his computer. Never been somewhere and treated with such disrespect. Absolutely disgusting floors, didn’t even want to take my shoes off. 10/10 wont be back. Ever.

I get my lashes done here and I have to say the staff is amazing! Shawnessy is the one who usually does my lashes and she is so bubbly and inviting and funny she always makes me lash experience so enjoyable. All the lash artists are very good at what they do, you will not be disappointed!
