★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a really good assortment of frozen foods here. Everything from main courses to side dishes to appetizers to desserts. Most of what I've tried has been pretty good as well. The staff in this location is always very friendly and helpful as well. They are often sampling one or two things as well which is always good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at M&Ms in 5 other provinces since the early 80’s - I must say this location in St Albert is the best one I’ve ever been in and worth the drive from YEG/Edmonton - staff are super knowledgeable about their products with great suggestions - the store is BIG - rows and rows of coolers filled with very yummy things - thanks again for letting me snap some images
