I went to get my nails done and the manicurist acted like she didn't want to help me. She was rude and I felt uncomfortable sitting there with her. She completed my nails so quickly that she didn't even take off all of the old color first. Then she cut me with her cuticle trimmers! I bled for an hour. I honestly am concerned the trimmers weren't sterilized either because she put them back in the drawer afterwards. Needless to say, I will not be going back there and I would recommend others avoid this nail salon.

We booked ahead and they weren't quite ready for us when we arrived so we had to sit in the waiting area for a few minutes. (Not my favourite thing to due with COVID.) That said, once we in the pedi chairs the service was great. My hubby had a spa pedi and I had a regular pedi plus gel polish on my hands. She spent a lot of time on my polish and it looks beautiful. My pedi was good. Hubby's spa pedi was excellent. I think we've found our new nail place!

Decided to try this place, despite its poor rating, due to the convenient location and lovely decor. Unfortunately I felt forced to walk out mid-service due to the horrible treatment I received. Not only was that the first time I've ever been put in that position, but it was humiliating. I went in for a pedicure and explained it was my first time there. The girl politely greeted me and brought me right in. I sat down at 1045 and by 1052 she was done my pedicure and draining the tub. 7 mins for soaking, cuticle cleaning, filing, trimming etc. I was shocked and so disappointed. She still had to moisturize and polish. I mentioned the speed of this service and she didn't acknowledge it in any way. I chose at this point to try my best to just enjoy my time and not return, but when she began painting and the polish was thick and bumpy that changed. I asked her to please fix my polish in the one spot. She told me it wasn't her fault it was my toes! It's so silly but this "disagreement" went back and forth until the embarrassment was too much for me and I walked out mid-service. From start to finish I was there from 1045 until 1105. To say this was an awful encounter is putting it mildly. It was deeply upsetting, but I did proceed to go to a lovely spot to finish up. Thanks for reading.

This place is so great!!! Just left with my daughter and she’s the happiest little girl!!! They’re so kind!! And so polite and omg the spa pedicure I got!!! I felt like she massaged me so good and took her time. I feel so relaxed!! And my nails look beautiful!!! But most of all how kind and nice they’re wins me over! And just took me in as soon as I walked in as well. I highly recommend this place!!! Nicest people!!!!! So professional. So nice to see especially now a days. Thank you!!!!! ????????????

Very rude and poor service. I immediately felt unwelcome when one of the ladies yelled at me for not understanding her instructions. This made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my time there. Once I sat down for my manicure I had no time to pick my colour since she already started occupying my hands. It seemed really rushed and careless. When she told me she was done, I was shocked. There was still a bunch of dust and unclipped skin around and under my nails. I was expecting to at least get my hands massaged with lotion as per usual, especially considering how fast the process was, but no. She was finished. There was no friendly conversation whatsoever. I had to guess what she was telling me because I was afraid I'd get yelled at again for asking to repeat her question. I felt as though I got treated poorly because of the fact I'm a teenage customer. I was not respected and will not be returning.

Booked an appointment for 130 for a gel manicure and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes which was great given it was over my lunch hour. It did seem a little rushed, but my nails weren't in too bad of shape and she did a very good job. Will go back again.

Excellent quality nail care, I always make an appointment and am clear on my desired gel nail preferences. It is a busy shop so be patient if you are a walkin-in and ask Q's, come with photos and get feedback as you go.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I developed an Infection and needed surgery!!!! I had never been at this place before and decided to go for a basic pedicure. The lady I had rushed me through there so quickly, she cut my toenails way too short and she was digging with that cuticle trimmer. This was 3 months ago. Within a week, my big toe on my left foot became red and purple and very sore and inflamed. Needless to say, I have been to the doctor five times, and have been on antibiotics four times a day two different times now. This past Thursday, April 28, I was seen by the doctor and had surgery on my left toe to remove two pieces of nail that were lodged under the infected skin. I am now recovering and on another course of antibiotics four times per day and have to put antibiotic ointment and clean bandages on two times per day. I tried to contact the salon to tell them what happened and the lady told me there was no manager in at the time. As I explained to her what had happened, she was very dismissive and in fact, she hung up the phone on me. I called back and the same lady answered the phone. She was trying to argue with me and told me I had the wrong salon. I told her I clearly knew this was the location I had been to it’s the one by the Tim Hortons north of the Costco in Saint Albert. Suddenly another lady came on the phone, who stated she was a manager. I had told her that the other lady told me there was no manager in the salon, so how come there was suddenly one available? After I explain to her what I have been through, she asked for my name and number and said the owner would be calling me and I still have not heard back from them. I did not expect to. They Do not seem to care about the harm that they have caused. Do not risk your health by going to this place. I have photos Of what the doctor had to remove from my toe, not to mention the bleeding I had from this. so not only am I out the cost of the $50 that they charged for the lousy rushed basic service I had at their salon, now I have the out-of-pocket expenses for all the antibiotics, bandages, antibiotic salve, pain medication, and the pain and suffering. I also took a photo this evening after taking the post surgery bandage off. It is very painful and I never want anyone else to go through something like this by going to this salon!!!! I will try and add the photos under the review tab if I am unable to I will post them under Google maps yelp.
