B	Brittany Ringuette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not one to complain but last week I was recommended Hi Tech Nails and I booked there because they were open Sunday’s. Went in for 3 pedicures today, booked for our friends wedding. Thought it would be relaxing and booked at this place for the alcohol option. We got in, they sat us down for our Pedicure. Never once offered us a drink. Which is fine but the girl doing my pedicure was rushing and I was done in 15 minutes. She was rushing because somebody had come in to get their nails done. The other 2 I had booked for were done right after me. It wasn’t what we booked, nor was it relaxing. My sister and friends nails are already chipped. Very unimpressed

If there is a problem simply call them they would be happy to fix it. Sometime they wouldn't change me for the fix . Other place before this would charge me alot for my nails they offer me fair pricing not tp mention they only use the best nails product.

M	May Haba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if i could give this place 0 stars i would. it was literally the worst nail salon i’ve ever gone to. i called in to see if they had last minute availability and first she said no and that was okay but then she called back and said there was a cancellation and could come now(i had plans after) so i went and then had to wait for 15 just to start when i was told otherwise . The lady who actually did my acrylics was awful, she got the nail glue all over my thumb so i was scrubbing that off for two days and was super aggressive with filling and the whole process so my nails hurt so badly when i was done. i’m not one to complain about a service but this was just horrible

My whole family never had to even wait 3 Mins for our appointment. They are alway on time with getting yiu in there is alway alot of staff working . My nails is alway like how I asked Tina to do them. She is very good and nice. I would highly recommend this place.

It took her close to 3 hours to get her nails and feet done. During this time she noticed that important steps were missed while getting her nails done. It took me a little over an hour to get my nails and feet done. The lady was way to rushed when she didn’t need to be. She had no other clients after me. Needless to say my nails are already chipping not even a week later. Would not recommend. Save your money and go to a place that actually takes pride in their work.
M	Madelaine V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my mom and daughter here for a Mother’s Day pedicure as I have been here twice before over the past couple of years and the experience was amazing. The different pedicure packages and on-site bar were worth the drive to st Albert. This time however was a complete disappointment. No one asked what kind of pedicure we wanted and even when we said we wanted the ocean breeze one we were not acknowledged and we did not receive it. Additionally we were never asked if we wanted to order anything from the bar. I am giving two stars because we at least walk away with some nice toes but it was not the experience I was expecting. I felt rather embarrassed after telling my mom what an amazing experience they provide and then getting quite the opposite.
