They did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I had my 5 month old baby with me and they were very accommodating! I can't wait to go back.

You never have to worry here. Sweet, friendly, clean and they do a great job. Never had a problem with them and their $30 pedicure is a regular thing for me !

I was very excited to see that a nail salon opened in our neighborhood. I am disappointed with the overall customer experience. The staff speak their own language around the customers are do not interact with the customers. I have been a few times and every time that I have gone they have told me that I have to pay cash because their VISA and Mastercard machine "does not work". I find this hard to believe as they allow debit and there is a VISA and Mastercard sign on the door. The last time I was there I brought my two children while I got my nails filled. One of the girls was doing my nails while the other sat on a chair and was watching videos on her laptop which I find extremely unprofessional. I ask her how much it would cost to paint my girls' nails while they wait. She responded that it would cost $20 cash each to simply paint their nails!!!!!

I went to 3D nails for my first set of nails ever. I requested gels with tips, as that's what I was told would be best. My first nail tech was good. She fit me in and did a lovely job. She told me to come back and get a fill later. A few weeks after, I came back to get a fill. The tech I met at the door took my hand and examined my nails without even talking to me first. She told me: "Too long". I asked what? "Too long. New set?" I was new at this, so I thought, Oh I'd let them go too long. Sure, I'll get another set. We sat down and that's when she used an instrument under the 'gel' name (It was actually acrylic, not true gels. I didn't know at the time) and PRIED THE ACRYLIC OFF MY NAIL! My true nail tip went with it, ripping down to the nail bed. It hurt. She did this with no warning to me, and did not explain what she was doing. Instead, she spent most of her time talking to her co-worker across the salon. I thought this was a normal part of getting nails done, so I toughed it out. She pried off each nail, some taking my real nail tip growth with it. She gave me a new set, which was much messier than the first girl in application. I paid, and left. But my nails didn't feel nice afterwards. There was bruising under the nail and they were sensitive like they hadn't been the first time. When I went to another tech, she helped me remove the old set and we discovered that my nail bed was very damaged from the fake nails being pulled off previously. DO NOT GO HERE!! They didn't answer my e-mail concerns. That type of nail removal WILL DAMAGE YOUR NAILS! Don't take the chance. Having my nail beds properly repaired and stabilized afterwards was so painful and they are still sensitive. Unacceptable. I hold these accusations specifically for the tech who did my nails.

the staff was lovely, but we had 2 manicures done, one was not completed, no nail cleaning or cuticle trim. the second the polish chip at 8 pm the same night, this was more than 8 hours later, and a second nail chip on the following day. I will not be returning.

I thought I would try 3D nails because it is located close to my home. The staff was friendly and warm as I walked through the doors and they were able to help me right away. The nail tech was very fast with my pedicure, not taking the usual amount of time I have experienced at other salons. She used single-use items such as files and scrubbing sponges (which was great), but I watched her contaminate her whole instrument cart with the gloves she had been touching my feet with... As my pedicure came to an end, and it was time to pay - the nail tech continued to wear the same contaminated gloves at the cash register. I could only think of how many other pairs of gloves had been left on at the cash register and how many people's feet I was now coming into contact with. The nail tech did a pretty decent job with my pedicure but based on the cleanliness of the salon and level of hygiene, I won't be back.

I have been a customer since January 2012 when I came to get a new set of nails; I have been no where else since! I consistently receive great customer-service, an excellent job on my nails, and a warm and welcomed experience while I'm there. The owner and her staff have always graciously accommodated my almost 7 year old daughter, who often gets manicures and pedicures with me (for a very reasonable cost). I am so pleased with the services that when my sister from Texas visits, she's always treated to a day of pampering at 3D Nails & Spa! While I would sometimes prefer to use my VISA, I can certainly appreciate the concern over costs charged by the credit card companies which are then passed on to the customer. To maintain, what I feel, are very fair prices for services, I am more than happy to pay via debit or cash!

I had french tip acrylic nails done here and they looked amazing and stayed on for almost 2 months. The prices are very reasonable as well and the lady who does the work is lovely. The only drawback is that there is one person running the whole show so you could be waiting awhile. Unfortunate effect of Covid on small business, but they manage well.
